Payment

  • After paying, press “I have paid” on your order page. Our admin checks the amount and approves your download within 24 hours (no slip upload needed).

Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy)

Plan a Trip takes customer privacy seriously. Here is how we handle data:

  1. What we store: order data only — the order number, items purchased, amount and the time you reported payment (email is optional). We never store transfer slips or payment evidence.
  2. Purpose: to verify the amount received, deliver the file you bought, and help you if there is a problem with your order.
  3. Disclosure: We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except where the law requires it.
  4. Retention: order data is kept for no longer than 5 years for accounting and tax purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We never keep slip images in the first place.
  5. Cookies: Cookies are used only to remember your cart and the admin login session. They are not used for advertising.
  6. Your rights: You can ask to access, copy, correct or delete your personal data by contacting us through the channels above.

Digital products and refunds

  • Every item is a digital file (PDF) delivered by download from this website. Nothing is shipped by post.
  • Refunds are available if a file is damaged, cannot be downloaded, or does not match what you ordered. Please tell us within 7 days of the approval date.
  • We cannot refund once the file has been downloaded, unless the file itself is faulty.
  • Digital products are for personal use. Reselling or redistributing them is not allowed.

About Plan a Trip

Plan a Trip is a shop selling ready-made travel plans as digital files (PDF), run by Ms. Suchada Kamalasnabucha. It started from a simple idea: preparing a trip should not be hard work. You should get a plan you can use straight away instead of building the route from zero.

What we sell

Day-by-day itineraries for destinations in Asia, Europe, the Americas, Australia and New Zealand, starting at THB 350 per plan. Each plan includes a chronological daily schedule, transport routes between stops, neighbourhoods worth staying in, estimated budgets and practical tips.

How our plans differ from free information

  • Arranged day by day so you can actually follow it, not just a list of places.
  • Travel times and buffers are already worked out.
  • Budget ranges that match real accommodation and food prices.
  • An editable file that suits solo trips, couples, families or friends travelling together.

Buying and delivery

  • Buy without creating an account — you do not even need an email address (the email field is optional).
  • The system issues a random order number such as PAT-7F3K9Q. Keep it to check your status and download your file.
  • Pay by PromptPay or bank transfer, then press “I have paid”.
  • Our admin verifies the amount and approves. You then download the file from the website (2 downloads within 48 hours of approval).
  • When credit and debit cards become available, that option will appear at checkout — approval by our admin is still required before download.

Do we store customer data

As little as possible. We do not require your name, phone number, address or email, and we never store transfer slips. Payments are confirmed by matching the amount and time you report with our bank statement. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What we are not

We produce travel plans. We are not a tour operator or booking agent: we do not sell flights, accommodation or travel insurance, and we do not handle visa applications. Prices, opening hours and local conditions can change, so please double-check the latest information before you travel.
